Every serious purchase starts with a question: will it work on my material? Our Shanghai facility runs the exact machines we sell — so your decision is based on your own test data, not spec sheets.
Sample Testing — Send Pellets. Get Proof.
Before you commit to a GA-25 Lab or GS-1000 Pro, we run your pellets on it.
- You send us 5–25 kg of your material (ideally including known defect pellets)
- We run it on the machine and video-document the process
- Within 5 working days you receive: the test video, full defect statistics (count, size distribution, defect classes), and our honest recommendation — including "you don't need a machine" if that's the answer
This service is also available standalone: if you just need an independent cleanliness analysis of a batch or supplier lot, we'll run it and report.
The first sample test is free. If you later purchase a machine, your testing fee is fully credited toward the purchase.

Our Shanghai facility operates production-scale optical sorting lines for polymer pellets. If you have a contaminated lot — black specks, color defects, foreign material — we can clean it for you:
- Batch decontamination of off-spec or customer-rejected lots
- Regular toll sorting if your volumes don't justify a machine yet
- Full documentation: before/after defect statistics, so you can prove the result to your customer
Typical process: send a sample → we run a test and quote per-ton sorting → approve → ship the lot → receive clean material plus the quality report. Minimum batch and pricing depend on your material — send a sample and we'll quote.

Sample testing and toll sorting use the same machines we sell, in the same facility. If your volumes grow, everything you've seen — the detection results, the reports, the throughput — transfers directly to a machine on your own line. Many of our sorting customers end up buying the machine — after seeing their own material running on it. That's the point.
