ZhongChuang (FOD Instruments) designs and builds the machines — an instrument manufacturer founded in 2018, rooted next to Beijing's Zhongguancun technology hub and specializing in polymer testing and optical inspection. Gayan serves the world: sales, export, installation, warranty, and a test-and-toll-sorting facility in Shanghai. The two companies are sister companies under a long-term strategic cooperation.

"Why Not Just Contact the Factory?"
You can — ZhongChuang is a real manufacturer and we don't hide that. But here's what customers tell us:
- The price is the same. Our agreement guarantees factory pricing through Gayan. Going around us saves you nothing.
- The machine is half the purchase. The other half is export handling, commissioning, training, spare parts, and warranty claims — the half Gayan does every day, in your time zone.
- You can test before you buy. A factory sells you a machine. Gayan runs your pellets first — and if a sorter at 1,000 kg/h isn't what you need, we'll tell you.
- One accountable partner. If something goes wrong, you don't want a salesperson and a factory negotiating over whose problem it is. With Gayan, it's our problem — and we have the factory's direct line.
