What It Detects
Black specks · black-spot pellets · contaminated pellets · color-deviant pellets — with size, area, shape, and color measured per defect, and defects classified into statistics you can act on.
How It Works
A 3 L hopper feeds pellets into the inspection unit, where the color camera captures every pellet in motion. The software compares each image against your thresholds, identifies contamination and color deviation, and — with no operator required — displays defect photos in real time, computes defect size, area, shape and color, and generates customizable quality reports with trend charts, histograms, and defect-size distribution curves.
